Data center power advisory · Phoenix, Arizona

Power for your data center, structured to close.

We help developers, landowners and operators find a credible path to power and turn it into a bankable deal. Utility strategy, PPAs and on-site options, run by people who think like the lender.

Path to power

GRID PPA ON-SITE DATACENTER

Most sites have more than one way to get energized. We map the options, price them and help you pick the one that gets financed.

The problem

Land and capital are easier to find than power.

Interconnection delays

Utility queues and study timelines can push a project back by years.

Firm power is scarce

Large loads need reliable supply, and most PPA markets are built for sustainability buyers.

Deals that don't finance

A power contract only helps if lenders and buyers will underwrite it.

Fragmented advisors

Lawyers, engineers and data providers each cover one piece. Nobody owns the whole deal.

Services

From first feasibility check to signed contract.

How it works

Four steps to an energized site.

  1. Assess

We study the site, the expected load and the local utility.

  2. Source

We line up utility, PPA and on-site supply options.

  3. Structure

We shape pricing, term and credit support into a financeable deal.

  4. Close

We negotiate to signature with your legal and engineering teams.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does a Power Path Assessment include?

A review of your site's utility territory and interconnection outlook, a side-by-side comparison of grid, PPA and on-site options, and a summary of likely timelines, costs and risks. You get a written report and a walkthrough call.

Do you replace our lawyers or engineers?

No. We handle the commercial side of the power deal and work alongside your counsel and engineering firm. They draft and design; we source, compare, structure and negotiate.

Which markets do you cover?

We are based in Phoenix and focused on Arizona and the Southwest, one of the fastest-growing data center regions in the country. We take on projects elsewhere case by case.

How are you paid?

Assessments are a fixed fee. Ongoing deal work is a monthly retainer, and some engagements include a success fee tied to closing. We quote each project after a first call.

How big does a project need to be?

We focus on projects where power is the deciding factor, typically sites planning for tens of megawatts or more. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
